Firefighters put out car blaze at Shab Hill viewpoint near Birdlip
FIREFIGHTERS extinguished a car blaze at Shab Hill view point near Birdlip tonight (Sunday, December 23).
Crews were called out to the fire at 8.30pm and remained at the scene for over 30 minutes, where they used a hose reel and breathing apparatus to put it out.
The car was severely damaged as a result of the fire but no-one was hurt.
Five firefighters from the nearby Gloucester North fire station attended the incident.
