SMITH Philip Phil died suddenly on April 14th 2024 at Gloucester Royal Hospital, aged 83 years. A much loved husband of Vanessa and father to Darren, Natasha, Gavin and Daniel. Known locally as a committee member of Cirencester & District Football League, also as a referee. Funeral service to take place on Monday 13th May at Kingsdown Crematorium at 1:30pm.
