BLEAKEN Constance 'Jean' Sadly passed away at the Great Western Hospital on the 7th January, aged 84 years. Constance will be greatly missed by her loving family and all that knew her. The funeral shall take place at Westerleigh Crematorium, on Friday 2nd February at 12.15. FW Jones and Son, 30 Market Place, Chippenham, SN15 3HP
