BROWN Phillip William (Willy Brown) Accountant - PWB Accountancy Services Limited, Treasurer/Secretary of Bibury Football Club. Late of Cirencester, passed away after a long ilness on 13th November, 2023 aged 75 years. Loving Partner to Jane and proud Father to Kevin and Carla. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. A funeral service in Celebration of his life will take place at St Mary's Church, Bibury on Friday 1st December, 2023 at 11.30am.
