PATRICIA HOOPER nee DANIELS (PAT) Sadly passed away peacefully on 12th December aged 77, having suffered from Alzheimer's for the last five years. Beloved wife to Gordon, mum to Andrew and Susan, mother in law, nanny to Rosy and Maisie and great nanny to Libbie. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral at Holy Trinity Church, Watermoor at 11.00am on 14th January 2020.
