DOROTHY TIPPER Passed away peacefully at Elm Grove Nursing Home on Saturday 2nd November 2019 aged 96 years. Wife of the late Allan Tipper, beloved mother of Terry and Elaine, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. Funeral service at Holy Trinity Church, Watermoor on Friday 15th November at 1:00 pm. Family flowers only, donations to benefit BHF c/o A Slade & Son 01285 656336.
