ROWLEY Daphne Daphne's family are sad to announce that Daphne died peacefully, aged 84, on 15 February 2018 in Oakley, Hampshire. Daphne lived for many years in Lechlade, Gloucestershire. Her funeral took place in Basingstoke on 9th March 2018 and her ashes will rest next to her husband, Barney Rowley, at Swindon Crematorium.
