SMITH Jean Passed away peacefully in Northleach Care Home on 25th September 2017 aged 84 years. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service on Monday 9th October at All Hallows Church, South Cerney at 12 noon. Family flowers only please, donations in Jean's memory are to benefit Dementia UK.
