MADDY Gwyn Peter Passed away suddenly, but peacefully in the Great Western Hospital on the 22nd April 2017, aged 74 years. Much loved husband to Shirley. Dad of Anne-Marie, Carole and David. Gramps to Casey, Georgia, Freya, Reece and Luke. Father in law to Simon and Heidi. Cremation Service in Westerleigh Crematorium "Waterside Chapel" at 10.15 am for family and close friends. A service of thanksgiving will be held in the Parish Church of St. Mary's, Tetbury on Wednesday the 10th May at 12 o clock. Family flowers only. Donations if desired made payable to the British Heart Foundation may be sent c/o L. E. Perry, Ridgeway Coach House. 13 Hampton Street. Tetbury. GL8 8JN.
