COCKERHAM (née Slade) Patricia Ann Passed away suddenly at R.D.H on 13th January 2017, aged 68 years. Beloved wife of the late Tony and a sister of Robert. Pat will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, 14th February 2017 at Nottingham Road Cemetery Chapel at 12.30 pm, followed by Interment. Floral tributes welcome or donations in lieu may be given at the Service for the Salvation Army and the Deaf and Blind Association UK.
