PHILLIPS Peter Of South Cerney, formerly Hampnett and Yanworth. Peacefully on 15th November, 2016, aged 88 years. Much loved Husband of Bet and Father of Tim and Tina and Sue and Martin. Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Greatly loved by all his family.
