POWELL Richard Cecil (Dick) Passed away peacefully at home in Bishops Cleeve on Wednesday, 7th September 2016, aged 72. Formerly of Northleach and Smiths Industries. Devoted father to Mark and Dean, grandfather to Siena and Maya and much loved partner to Pat. Richard will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
