McMAHON Phyllis Sadly passed away at Great Western Hospital on 26th July. Her family with her. Beloved Wife of Pat and dearly loved Mum, Nan and Great Nan. Funeral Service to take place at Kingsdown Crematorium, Swindon on Wednesday 10th August 2016 at 12.45 p.m. Family flowers only please.
