FRODSHAM Jackie (nee Collier) Suddenly on September 10th, 2015 at the R.S.U.H, Jackie aged 50 years of Leek and formerly of Cirencester. The dearly loved wife of Alan, devoted mum of Michelle, Rachel, Martin and Michael, much loved daughter of Robert and Mary and cherished sister of Lizzy and Ged. Funeral Friday, October 2nd, Service at St Edwards Church, Leek at 11.30 a.m., prior to cremation at Carmountside Crematorium. Will friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church.
