'JACK' REGINALD JOHN FREEMAN Passed away peacefully at Great Western Hospital, Swindon, on 13th December 2014, aged 92 years. Much loved Father of Josie, John and Brian. He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends. Funeral Service to take place at Cheltenham Crematorium, South Chapel on Wednesday 7th January 2015 at 1.45pm.
