ADAMS Dennis George "Den" Passed away peacefully at the Great Western Hospital on Thursday 3rd July 2014, aged 79. Much loved Husband of Ann, a caring Dad to Bev, Mark, Remy & Tootsie and a much loved Father-in-law to Stu. Funeral service to take place at Kingsdown Crematorium on Wednesday 16th July at 10.00am.
