YOCKNEY Jack Arthur Passed away peacefully at the Great Western Hospital on Tuesday 3rd June 2014, aged 86 years The loving Husband of the late Monica a dear Father of Michael and Peter a much adored Father-in-law of Angela Jack will be sadly missed by all who knew him Funeral Service will be held on Monday 16th June at Lechlade Cemetery at 11.00am Family flowers only please, however donations in Jack's memory for Blue Cross Animal Welfare and the Prospect Hospice may be sent c/o G & L Evans Family Funeral Services, 28 Newburgh Place, Highworth, Wilts, SN6 7DN Tel 01793 765138
