Remembered with the deepest love and affection by son Adam, Daughter Lindsey, Son-in-law Jay, Mother Eileen, Sister Beverley and Brother Ralph. Ceremony to take place on 18th June 2014, at Westmill Woodland Shrivenham. Only family flowers, contributions to Lesley's charities welcomed, please contact the family.
