BAYLISS Sam 22.7.1926 - 18.5.2014 Died peacefully, surrounded by his family. Adored Husband of Pam, beloved Father, Father-in-law and treasured Grampy. The family wish to express their sincere thanks to Staff on Linnet and Neptune ward at the GWH Swindon. Funeral to take place at Kingsdown Cemetery on Friday June 6th at 11.00am. Family flowers only please, however donations for the Renal department at GWH would be appreciated.
