MOUNTFORD Janet Peacefully passed away in her sleep on 3rd April 2014, at the Great Western Hospital aged 60 years. Much loved Wife of David Beloved Mother of Eleanor, Alyssia and Sam and proud Nana of Ayda. Funeral service at St John Baptist Church, Cirencester, on Tuesday 22nd April at 11.00am. Family flowers only please, donations if wished to P.D.S.A or The Special Care Baby Unit, Great Western Hospital can be sent to Co-operative Funeralcare, City Bank Road, Cirencester, GL7 1LG.
