SMITH Anthony John (Luke) Of Tetbury Suddenly on 1st December 2013 whilst on holiday in Cornwall aged 71 years. Beloved Husband of Val. Will be so greatly missed by his family and many friends. Funeral service will take place at Westerleigh Crematorium on Friday 13th December at 12.00 noon.
