BLAKE John 1936 - 2013 Slipped away on 6th November. A gentle man, sadly missed by Joan, Richard, Sylvia, Peter and the dearly loved Grandchildren. Thanks go to the staff at the Avenue Surgery and the Great Western A & E Department.
