PHILLIPS On 30th August 2013 at Nevill Hall Hospital. Arthur Charles aged 82 years of Woodland Court, Croesyceiliog (Formerly of Porthmawr Road, Northville). Beloved husband of the late Dilys, devoted father of Hadyn, Raymond and Melanie. Father-in-law of Natalie, Christopher and a much loved grandad & great-grandad. Funeral Wednesday 11th September, Service at The Gwent Crematorium 4.00pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Cancer Research UK c/o Mr. J.M.
