JEFFREYS (nee Poole) Jean It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean, aged 84 years, who passed away peacefully on 29th June 2013 after suffering a long term illness with great dignity, courage and fortitude. Devoted Wife of the late Elwyn Jeffreys, dearly loved Mother to Richard and Peter and cherished Mother-in-law to Aileen. Funeral Service to take place at Westerleigh Crematorium on 10th July 2013 at 12.30pm.
