ON SUNDAY, June 7 Shipton Moyne is opening many of its gardens to the public from 2pm to 6pm. Along with gardens big and small, in which you will find ideas to take away for your own gardens there will be a Flower Festival in the Church, and a display of works by local artists in the Barn at Street Farm. For the children there will be a bouncy castle, face painting and teddy bear trail. Cakes and teas can be found in the Village Hall and a barbeque will be held at ‘The Cat and Custard Pot’. Entry is £5 per adult and monies raised is to be divided between the Church and the Village Hall.
