CONFIRMATION OF BYELAWS RELATING TO ACUPUNCTURE, TATTOOING, SEMI-PERMANENT SKIN COLOURING, COSMETIC PIERCING AND ELECTROLYSIS
Notice is hereby given that Cotswold District Council intend, after the expiry of the period mentioned below, to apply to the Secretary of State for Health for confirmation of byelaws made by the Council relating to acupuncture, tattooing, semi-permanent skin colouring, cosmetic piercing and electrolysis made under section 15 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.
Copies of these byelaws will be kept at the offices of the Council at Trinity Road, Cirencester, GL7 1PX and at the Moreton Area Centre, High Street, Moreton-in-Marsh, GL56 0AZ and will be open to public inspection without payment on any week day, not being a Bank Holiday, during the usual office hours, for one month from the date of the publication of this notice.
Copies of the byelaws or any part thereof will be supplied at a fee of 10p for each hundred words.
The byelaws are also available to view online at www.cotswold.gov.uk.
Any objection to the confirmation of the byelaws should be made in writing addressed to:
