PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A
PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF
THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Cotswold District Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on the 21st September 2015. Applicant: Motor Fuel Limited. Address of premises: Fairford Filling Station, London Road, Fairford GL7 4DS. Proposed variations to the licensable activities: Extend the
hours for the sale of alcohol. Proposed days and hours of
licensable activity: Monday to Sunday - alcohol sales 06.00 - 23.00. The
