A CAR was severely damaged in a fire near to Stow-on-the-Wold this weekend.
Firefighters from Stow-on-the-Wold station were called out to a car on fire in the area of Icomb on Saturday, September 22 at 7.12pm.
Speaking from the incident, watch commander Powell said that the car had been severely damaged in the blaze, in which two hose reels and two breathing apparatus were used.
The flames were extinguished and the area made safe in just over 30 minutes. The fire was confirmed as not suspicious.
