RESIDENTS from across the district have been asked to share their thoughts on parking in our area.
Cotswold District Council is running a four-week consultation to gather views on the topic and to find out residents' transport and parking behaviours.
Feedback from the consultation will be used to help build on the council's current parking strategy which was last updated in 2016.
The consultation will be open until Monday, February 12.
Cllr Tony Dale, CDC cabinet member for the economy and council transformation, said: “We want to hear from residents as well as business owners about parking in the Cotswold District.
"Your views will enable us to develop a parking strategy that is fit for our car park users.
“We want to know where you park, the purpose of your visit and what could be improved about specific car parks, among other things.
"It’s really important we hear from those who know the car parks best and we’d appreciate any feedback you have.”
Once complete, the new strategy will aim to improve parking across the district and CDC will then look to deliver in partnership with Gloucestershire County Council, local parish councils and other organisations where possible.
