The scene of a previous lorry fire on the A417
One lane is closed on the A417 this morning due to a lorry fire.
There is a lane closure on the A417 northbound from the Daglingworth junction to the Cowley roundabout.
Police were called at around 4am with a report of a lorry being on fire.
The A417 was closed in both directions but the southbound carriageway has since re-opened.
Emergency services are in attendance.
Lane one (Of two) remains closed whilst awaiting clean up and recovery of the lorry.
