A FAN of popstar Peter Andre is currently spending a week with the man himself on the Greek island of Mykonos after winning a competition.

Karen Todner, from Lechlade, along with five other winners of Oykos’ Island Escape competition, have been enjoying white sand beaches and the crystal blue waters of the Aegean Sea with the Mysterious Girl singer.

Mr Andre, who has also forged a career in television after taking part in series three of reality show I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! in 2004, is an ambassador for yoghurt makers Oykos.

During the winners’ all-inclusive stay at a 13-bedroom villa, they have been pampered with spa treatments, served delicious local fare from their in-house chef and been waited on hand and foot.

What’s more, they have each had plenty of one-on-one time with Mr Andre himself.

He and Karen even had a twilight dessert picnic on the beautiful Kalafatis beach.

“This has been an incredible experience so far and an absolute blast,” said the 44-year-old Australian singer.

“Getting to spend time with this fun bunch and seeing the excitement on everyone’s faces, plus hanging out at the stunning Oykos Island villa – it’s amazing.

“I don’t want to go back to reality,” he added.
