A 19-YEAR-OLD was stopped by police on Sunday (April 24) for speeding through Lechlade.
The teenager, from Ewen, reportedly had their car seized due to a lack of license or insurance, according to the Cotswold Police Twitter page.
They wrote: "#NoLicense + #NoInsurance = #NoWheels. 19yr old frm Ewen doing 52 in Lechlade yest had wheels seized."
