Two men arrested after allegedly drink-driving a golf buggy from Cheltenham Festival
TWO men have been arrested after allegedly stealing a golf buggy from Cheltenham Festival and joyriding it while drunk.
A 25-year-old from Gloucester and 22-year-old from Longhope, were arrested on Pittville Street in Cheltenham at around 9.20pm yesterday in connection with the escapade.
Another man, a 27-year-old man from Birmingham was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly at the racecourse. He was arrested at 6.40pm.
They all remain in police custody.
A 50-year-old man from Nottingham arrested on suspicion of voyeurism at Prestbury Park yesterday has been bailed until Wednesday, May 11, pending further enquiries.
