TIME is running out for readers to vote for the business or worker who always goes that extra mile to provide service with a smile.

The annual Cirencester Chamber of Commerce Awards take place in May and the Standard is once again sponsoring The Customer Service Awards.

We want to hear from readers about businesses that do more to provide gold-standard customer service, or the employee who gives a warm welcome that makes customers want to go back time and again.

One of the reasons the award is particularly sought after is that it is one of only three categories that are voted for by members of the public, together with Cirencester Ambassador and the Creative Champion Award.

Nominations have already been pouring in for the customer service award with traders in Bishop’s Walk in particular galvanised into action.

But there are plenty of enterprises in the running and there is still time to cast your vote.

The deadline for all nominations is on Friday, March 28.

The three businesses that top the poll will be being notified before May 1.

All eyes will be on May 16 when there will be a glittering awards ceremony and three-course meal at the Royal Agricultural University where the winners of each category will be announced.

The other categories include New Business, Business Person, Team, Innovation, Marketing and PR Campaign, Entertainment Experience, Green Business and Young Business Person.

To vote in the Customer Service Award, simply fill in the coupon below and drop it in to the Standard’s offices at 74 Dyer Street, Cirencester, or email mar@wiltsglosstandard.co.uk saying which business, or business person, in the GL7 area you wish to vote for and why.
