AN ALERT has been raised after a shotgun was stolen from a house in the Tetbury area.
A property in Shipton Moyne near Tetbury was ransacked on Sunday, April 21.
Police say that during the 'untidy search' a gun cabinet, containing a Browning 12 Bore Shotgun and a large amount of cash, was removed from a wall and stolen.
Jewellery and medals were also taken.
Officers are keen to talk to anyone who has information that could help their investigation.
Information can be provided to police by completing an online form on Gloucestershire police's website quoting incident number 325 of April 21.
