A Tetbury man has been hit with a hefty fine after failing to provide information to the police.
Andrei Ignat, of Long Street, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a Ford Transit who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
The incident took place on April 23 in Crownhill, Plymouth.
At Bodmin Magistrates' Court on Saturday, November 20 the 30-year-old was fine £660 and given six penalty points on his driving licence.
The case was proved by a single justice procedure.
Ignat was also ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £90.
